Psychedelic Breathwork Certification
Altered States Without Substances:
Where Neuroscience Meets Ancient Knowledge
With Lily Hardy
Breathwork Facilitator Training | 100 Hours
Sat, August 01, 2026 - Sun, August 16, 2026
We’re at a pivotal moment in human evolution where neuroscience, psychology, and spiritual insight are converging.
The 100-Hour Psychedelic Breathwork Certificate Course is a diverse blend of nervous system science, Polyvagal Theory, Somatic Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Yogic breath techniques, and trauma education rooted in Peter Levine’s Somatic Experiencing so students understand not only what to do, but why it works. Drawing from functional breathing science as well as such as the Oxygen Advantage Method, the Wim Hof Method, and neuroscience-supported protocols, students learn to work with breath using clarity, precision, and purpose.
A strong emphasis is placed on working skillfully with the therapeutic potential and power available in psychedelic and non-ordinary states of consciousness — and doing so in a way that is grounded, ethical, and safe. In a world rapidly producing facilitators who may not be properly prepared or trauma-informed, this training stands as a responsible and high-impact pathway for practitioners who wish to serve clients with integrity.
Students learn how to recognize when breathwork supports regulation and when it may overwhelm or destabilize the system. Graduates leave able to confidently explain, adapt, and apply breathwork in ways that are scientifically grounded, individualized, and safe for both personal and professional practice — guiding inner journeys and altered states with skill, compassion, and care.
