Meet Lily
My foundation began with a 200-hour Yoga Alliance teacher certification, which helped anchor my understanding of breath and body connection from the very beginning. From there, I focused deeply on breathwork and trauma-informed care, completing certifications in Nervous System Regulation through the lens of Polyvagal Theory, Psychedelic Ethics & Integrity, and Somatic CBT through The Embody Lab. These core studies form the heart of my work, blending neuroscience, psychology, and embodiment to guide safe, supportive, high-impact experiences.
Along the way, I’ve also explored additional training in Biodynamic Breathwork, Wim Hof, Soma Breath, and NeuroAffective Touch, massage and bodywork to broaden my understanding and enrich the tools I share with students and clients alike.
These experiences have taught me that being trauma-informed isn’t optional—it’s essential. Now, I train facilitators to guide with both heart and responsibility, offering a grounded, holistic path for healing. I believe this work is meant to be shared—and I’m here to help others carry it forward into this exciting, ever-changing frontier of breathwork.
