Reciprocal Clubs
As a Portal member, you have access to 28 partner clubs worldwide.
Members have access to a separate reciprocal club network app where you can make reservations at each club.

You can pause your membership once during your membership lifecycle.

You may cancel your membership anytime, but please note that there are no refunds for early cancellation. You may cancel by emailing studio@theportal.house
Once you cancel your membership, you’ll need to re-apply for membership and pay initiation fee again if re-accepted.

We’re huge animal lovers ourselves! But unfortunately, to accommodate allergies and sensitivities of other members and our team, no animals are allowed in The Portal except as mandated by law (e.g. Service Animals).

We are laptop friendly M-F 8am-6pm. We also have phone booths for members to take calls. We ask that members do not take calls in public spaces to respect the sound level of everyone in the space.
