A sacred day retreat for mothers

Mother Rising is a day devoted entirely to the mother, her healing, her body, her nourishment, her joy, and her community.
This is integrated holistic wellness where mothers don't need to arrange childcare or be separate from their little ones in order to be held.
Fairy godmothers are on hand to hold, play with, and tend to babes, so mothers can move fluidly between their own experience and their child's needs.
This event is a pilot for a permanent Mother Center. The vision is for a third space where a mother can arrive with her baby, eat warm food, learn, heal, be witnessed, be tended and mother together. Not as a special occasion, but as an ordinary part of life. Not a clinic, café, or daycare, but a care ecosystem. Because when mothers are held, the future changes.
Mothers of children of all ages are welcome. Babies and toddlers 0–24 months are welcome on site.

The funds raised through Mother Rising go directly toward building the Mother Center: a permanent space where nourishment, healing, and community for mothers is not an event you attend once a year, but a place mothers can trust they can land — held by the steady rhythm of a community that opens its doors three days a week.

The Philosophy
Mother Rising was born from a simple and radical belief: that how we care for mothers shapes everything. Mothers thrive when they are truly held, nourished, witnessed, and surrounded by a village.
We have largely forgotten how to do this. Mother Rising is a correction to that. It is a demonstration that another way is possible, and a seed for the culture we are trying to build.
This is not just a day. It is an act of cultural repair. One gathering, one step toward a new paradigm where the next generation will be raised by mothers who were held.

Yes — babies and toddlers 0–24 months are welcome and integral to the day. Fairy godmothers are on hand throughout to hold, play with, and tend to little ones so you can be fully present.

Mothers of children of all ages are warmly welcome. For this day we ask that children over 24 months stay home so the space can be fully held for mothers and their youngest ones.

We don't want cost to be the reason you don't come. A limited number of scholarship tickets are available for mothers who feel called to attend.
