Temple of the Heart:
200-Hour
Yoga Teacher Training

Discover a timeless tradition
reignited for the modern world.

Lead by Jeremy Falk.
Yoga Alliance Certified.

Rooted in vinyasa and woven from the textures of Hatha, Raja, Bhakti, and Karma Yoga traditions, this training is a full spectrum journey, through the ancient and the modern, the seen and the unseen. We blend timeless yogic wisdom with cutting-edge somatic science.

We begin by illuminating the foundations: the aims and ethics of yoga that have guided seekers for millennia. You’ll explore the luminous threads of the Vedas, Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, and Yoga Sutras—learning how to live and teach from a place of deep-rooted clarity in an often chaotic world.

From there, we dive into embodiment as intelligence—a radical reframe of anatomy through the lens of biotensegrity and fascia. Here, muscles are not machines, and alignment is not a rulebook. You’ll learn to move and teach in a way that is responsive, alive, and sustainable for every kind of body. This is the yoga of resilience.

As the body deepens, so too does the breath. In attunement, we journey through the subtle realms of energy—where pranayama, mantra, and meditation become tools for perception and transformation. You’ll learn to sense and work with the koshas, chakras, nadis, and vayus, mapping the inner terrain with reverence and curiosity.

We then turn to the craft—refining the art of sequencing for nervous system regulation, energetic coherence, and soulful impact. From dynamic vinyasa to restorative stillness, you’ll learn to build experiences that are technically sound, emotionally resonant, and uniquely yours. This is where shape becomes feeling, and movement becomes meaning.

Finally, you’ll transmit what you’ve embodied. Teaching becomes an act of service—one rooted in presence, authenticity, and skill. You’ll gain the tools to guide group classes, private sessions, and retreats with depth and inclusivity, learning how to hold space for transformation while navigating the realities of ethics, business, and trauma-informed care.

Whether you’re here to teach or to transform, you’ll emerge with a felt sense of purpose, the clarity to guide others, and the strength to walk your path with integrity. This is yoga as a way of being—timeless, relevant, and real.

Through embodiment, mindfulness, and personal development modalities, he has impacted more than 200,000 people globally. With 20 years of dedicated yoga and meditation practice, he helps teachers teach, learners learn, and people connect with an accessible blend of gravitas and levity.

Jeremy’s journey has been global. Working as a personal trainer in Los Angeles sparked a year-long backpacking journey through Europe and Asia, which ultimately led him to live in an ashram in India. There, he completed his 200-hour yoga teacher training under the guidance of traditional gurus in the Himalayas, followed by life-changing experiences of shakti, kundalini, and karma at the Kumbh Mela, the world’s largest spiritual pilgrimage.

For the past 13 years, he’s loved calling the Bay Area home—where he’s designed corporate wellness programs for companies like Salesforce and Pinterest, served as Director of Wellness at Tempo Interactive, and co-founded The Brothership, a men’s community rooted in conscious leadership and authentic connection.

He currently serves as Educational Director for the Integrative Psychology Institute and Head of Learning and Development for the Kama Flight Foundation. His Morning Meditations for Daily Magic is one of Audible’s highest-rated meditation series, and he has represented brands like Lululemon, Fitbit, and Yoga Journal as an ambassador and community builder.

In an age of disconnection and digital overwhelm, Jeremy’s mission is to help people live fully, thrive deeply, and remember what truly matters—spirit, connection, and service.
